The Organizational Structure
Within the board Policy from the board of directors, the Organization is headed by the Managing Director assisted by other Directors. In the hierarchy follow two Vice Presidents who head business development, finance & accounts and purchase. We at Geo Miller have categorized the operations in various Departments Process Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering & Electrical Engineering.

Human Resources
The quality contribution of personnel is more emphasized in Geo Miller than the number. Besides their Educational qualifications, the Geo miller's Team players have gathered such diligent experience and knowledge, which no Institute can impart. On personal level to they have liberalism and human approach to words executing high quality job anywhere.

The Advisors
The advisors and consultants of Geo Miller are highly qualified and widely experienced excellent brains in the environmental engineering field.

They are known worldwide for their knowledge and contribution. Many of them have served as consultants to UNO's world bodies e.g., WHO, UNDI, UNE- XCAP, UNIDO & World Bank. They have, to their credit, more than 100 original research papers published in Journals of national and international repute, and also possess patented discoveries.

Foreign Collaboration

Geo Miller have technical back-up arrangement with DHV Consulting Engineers, an internationally renowned Organization from Netherland. The World famous Carrousel^®aeration system, Oxyrator and Crystallactor are all developed by DHV Consulting Engineers, for which Geo Miller are the Indian Licensee.

Geo Miller also collaborate with Holland Water, a Dutch Firm, under whose license many equipment required for water and waste water treatment are manufactured.
