Septic Tanks Receipt and Treatment Stations

SAU1 : Receipt and Screen Complete Station
The SAU unit is designed to pre-treat and receive septic tank effuent delivered by septage trucks. The goal is to treat the effiuent btaining the maximum solid / liquid separation anden sure quick discharge time of the Septage trucks.

Working Priciple
SAU1 is a machine used to pre-treat waste water collected from septic tanks, received directly from a septage truck via a quick connection end pipe (Perrot) DN100.

SAU1 separates the screenings, larger particle suspended solids, from the wastewater. The screenings are washed for organic matter removal and reduce odours. These screenings are washed to remove organic matter and compacted before being discharged.

The machine consists of a quick connection, an electromechanical ball valve, and a screw screen with compaction system (CFC type).

Manufacturing Features
Screw: High Strength carbon steel or stainless steel AISI 304/ 316

Structure: Statinless steel AISI 304/ 316

Screen Basket: Perforated sheet with @=6mm holes

Trough Protection: Bolted stainles stainless steel wearing bars.

Flow rates: 50 m3/h (15l/s) and 100 m3/h (30l/s)

SAU1/30 100 1.1 1350

SAU2 : Receipt, Screen and Grit Separation complete station
SAU3 : Receipt, Screen, Grit and grease removal complete station
SAU2-3 is a pre-treatment system for septage waste screening and grit removal, received from septage trucks. The trucks are connected to the SAU2-3 system via a quick connection inlet pipe (Perrot) DN100.

SAU-2-3 separates the screenings, larger particle suspended soilds, from the waste water. The screenings are washed for organic matter removal and reduce odours. These screenings are washed to remove organic matter and compacted before being discharged.

The waste water, after being screened enters inside the sedimentation hopper (with floatation in the cse of SAU3). The sand settless to the bottom of the hopper where a shaftless horizontal conveyor, installed along the bottom of the hopper, conveys the sand to the sand extraction area. An inclined sand extraction screw conveyor transports the sand out of the sand extraction area for discharge. This inclined conveyor can be supplied shafted or shaftless in function of the effluent type.

The machine consists of a receiving tank provided with a quick connection, an electro mechanical ball valve, and a screw screen with compaction system (CFC type).
