Manual & Mechanical Screens

We manufacture the coarse & fine screens based on clear spacing between bar flats. Mechanical screens consist of mechanically motorized rake mechanism to clean bar and transfer it through chute to electrically operated conveyor system.

The grit removal from grit pit through rake or screw classifier and return organic pump is also incorporated in grit chamber to remove biodegradable organics form Grit to provide biologically stable grit from grit chamber.

GeoMiller make Mechanical scraper mechanism for rectangular grit chambers. Wooden scraper attached to Chain mechanism to remove grit form bottom of grit chamber.
